Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA)
We’re redesigning our online advice content around Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA).
To help us make sure these pages give you and your clients the best tactical tips and advice, we’d like your feedback on JSA sanctions and appeals. This section covers how to challenge a JSA decision and what to do if your client gets a JSA sanction.
Please take a look at the pages and use the feedback links at the bottom of each page to tell us how useful they were. By getting your feedback on smaller sections like this, we can act on your suggestions faster and give more of you the chance to tell us what you think. It would be great if you could use the new content with any clients you see whose JSA has stopped or who need to challenge a JSA decision.
The new content is in an adviser-only preview of the site at the moment. Please give us any feedback by 16 May. Read the new JSA content and give us feedback.

Ending a relationship
We’ve now published our new online advice content around ending a relationship.
Thank you to everyone who gave feedback over the last few weeks - we're always looking for opportunities to update and improve our content. Please continue to share your feedback using the links at the bottom of each page - the more specific you can be, the better.

Basic rights at work
We’ve removed the public ‘Basic rights at work’ page. Our research has shown that it gave incomplete advice and stopped clients finding more helpful information. Read more about why we decided to remove it. Most of the advice in ‘Basic rights at work’ was already covered on other parts of our site, but one subject wasn’t - job references. To fill this gap we’ve published Getting a reference when you change your job. You can find the new page on the public site and AdviserNet. It contains public advice, plus adviser information you’ll only see if you’re logged in. You can send us feedback using the link at the bottom of the new page.
