Volunteering Opportunities
These are our current volunteering opportunities at Citizens Advice North Lincolnshire.
Community Connector Volunteer
Your role will be to support the Ironstone Early Intervention Coordinator and voluntary, community and faith organisations and groups to provide information and signposting to people visiting the centre.
You will engage visitors in conversation about themselves, encouraging changes in behaviour that have a positive effect on their health and wellbeing and will support them to connect to community activities and services.

Community Network Volunteer
The Community Network supports Citizens Advice North Lincolnshire clients who are facing temporary challenges such as illness, bereavement, or reduced mobility.
Our trained volunteer Community Networkers provide up to 12 weeks of practical and emotional support, helping people to stay independent, confident, and well.
Support may include light household help, companionship, or linking clients with local groups and services that make everyday life easier.
We’re always looking for caring, community minded people to join our team of Community Networkers. If you’d like to make a real difference in someone’s life, you can find out more in our Volunteer Information Pack and complete our Expression of Interest Form.
By complementing formal health and social care, the project helps clients remain in their own homes and communities for longer, while promoting wellbeing across North Lincolnshire.
